Suitable for picking of primary and secondary foods, the M-430iA/2F and M-430iA/4FH can handle payload of 2kg respectively 4kg and have a long reach of 900mm. Their five axes lend them flexibility to accommodate horizontal or vertical product placement positions.

M-430iA/2P and M-430iA/2PH are 6-axes robots especially designed for pharmaceutical applications with 2kg payload and 700mm respectively 900mm reach.

The anthropomorphic arm design produces a large work envelope that allows the M-430iA/2F to quickly rotate or flip back on itself. The arm can be ceiling or floor mounted. With its high speed axes M-430iA can achieve up to 120 cycles per minute at 1kg payload.

The M-430iA has been designed to meet stringent cleanliness requirements and has a smooth exterior surface with no contaminant trap areas – the paint has a high gloss finish and is resistant to acids and alkaline materials.
For regular wash down the robot is sealed to meet IP 67 standards and is equippped with food grade grease.

The M-430iA robots are controlled by the new intelligent R-30iA series controller with fully integrated vision control system iRVision.
