Operating range according to ISO 2858 specification and outside 2858 parameters.
Pump casing flanges are PN 16 as a standard (Alternatively ANSI, BS, DIN).
Casing wear rings for the pump casing protection.
Overhung semi-axial flow impeller.
Pump casing lid designed to accommodate the shaft seal. Recirculation of flushed fluid can be either internal or external.
Materials for casing, casing lid and impeller : Cast irons, ferritic ductile cast iron (spheroidal graphite), austenetic ductile cast iron , carbon steels, special purpose steels, stainless steels, bronze, aluminium bronze, copper nickel alloys, Hastelloy, Uranus...
Shaft bearing line is over-sized and comes in steel, special purpose steels, stainless steels, cupro aluminium, copper nickel alloys. Shaft line is borne by one bearing.
Shaft sealing by gland packing or mechanical seal as an option.
Bearings are oil or grease lubricated depending on working conditions and designed for a maximum service life.
Spacer type coupling allowing the removal of the rotating assembly without it being necessary to disturb the piping and motor.
Baseplate is common to both pump and motor.
