This high speed linear drive Laser cutting system that has the edge on the competition, offering flexibility, easy materials handling & high accuracy for the fast, cheaper parts.

The Farley Laserlab Contour LM provides Laser cutting at a repeatable high performance level.

This machine can profile any shape mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium from 0.5mm to 25mm, and can be configured with a variety of Laser Resonators from 1 KW to 5 KW, 00 Mode Slab Laser and multiple fast axial flow lasers up to 7Kw. Thanks to the linear drive system the machine can profile at speeds of 40m/min.

The Contour LM can process plate up to 2m (6') wide and 4m (12') long in one set up, and can be programmed to automatically transfer new material to the processing station via the fully automated transfer table.

* The drive system ensures high stiffness essential for accuracy and no friction, ensuring a long life for the machine.
* Optimum acceleration is ensured through the use of Siemens Servo motors.

Cutting head with fast change Lens
* The Precitec Autofocus cutting head ensures high quality motorised focal control, Capacitance height following, optical monitoring of the cut, along with a simple lens change facility.
