TRPE series

This is a reference item for coiling smooth PE pipes: all the peculiarities of this kind of pipes have been spotted and fixed with state-of-the-art technical solutions. Each automatic coiler of the TR PE series allow to coil the widest range of pipes available in the market, keeping the optimum reel dimensions according to the standards. By using two strapping machines, high production output are achieved, also with short coil lengths. E.g.: reels of 25m to 120m/min can be obtained with irrigation pipes; PEX pipes can be coiled at 180m/min in 100m reels (off line). The frame is robust and stiff, designed to cope with high speeds.
