Description
Our profile cutting machine D 21 is used for the efficient and economical profiling of slabs made from flexible PU foam. Foam slabs of different initial thickness are deformed by the profile rollers in front of the knife and are then cut in deformed state.
Advantages: -solid machine construction=even suitable for materials with high density/ hardness, -increased flexibility by exchange of either single profiles/complete profile rollers, -reliable profile thickness even when processing large working widths, -long blade life.
