Federal Signal's Model 400R audible/visual signal combines the effective warning of a rotating light with an optional Federal Signal Model 350 horn.
The Model 400R includes a large 4.25-inch diameter rotating reflector assembly for projecting light beams. The unit features an incandescent lamp that produces 60 flashes per minute.
