The power bandwidth of hydraulic fineblanking presses ranges from 3200 to 14,000 kN, making them capable of processing material thicknesses up to 16 mm. They feature high-precision ram guidance over the entire length and width directly on the press column. Other features include a special tool support system that effectively absorbs and neutralizes press forces, a large tool installation space and facility for adjusting the stroke height. Tool protection by means of hydraulic pressure-dependent, contact-sensitive ram movement allows automatic operation with independent monitoring.
