Description

FELLAR’s range of planet gear reducers (shown in catalogue FRP20-87) are the product of many years of experience in the manufacture of technologically-advanced transmission system components. From calculations to design and manufacture, the most advanced technical methods are used in the production of our reducers. The production process for our reducers is based on the use of machine tools and measuring and dimension control instruments incorporating the latest developments in technology. FELLAR’s quality control system guarantees the quality of the manufacturing process, the traceability of each reducer component and effective supply and after-sales service for every reducer produced. All reducers supplied by FELLAR are subject to testing of their performance prior to delivery to ensure the highest standards are met on leak-tightness, vibration, noise levels, temperature and so on. The FELLAR product series presented in this catalogue are in stepped sizes to facilitate efficient storage. The nominal speed ratios comply with DIN 323 series of standard numbers R20. The range of planet reducers with parallel, coaxial and perpendicular shafts contained in this catalogue covers standard velocity ratios from 4.5: 2400 and a range of output torque forces of up to 7000 kNm. There are four main types: Solid shaft and base feet. Standard splined shaft (DIN 5480) and base feet. Solid or splined output shaft and with flange. Hollow output shaft, clamping collar and braking torque arm. In addition, any arrangement can be supplied with a compact hood for mounting motor.
