The movement is obtained by means of hydraulic cylinders, controlled by an electric central unit. Particularly compact and functional, this unit is placed on the upper part of the structure and it is electrically activated and also electronically controlled. Both stations have possibility of reversing and stopping the motion in any position. The hydraulic circuit consists of devices and safety connections, as prescribed by “EEC” directives. The hydraulic circuit as well as the high-precision servovalves ensure the best adjusting possibilities during the working cycle.
Lubrication
All moving parts are lubricated by a central unit, this being a very important point for a good functioning of the machine.
Control
The bending control function is a remote one. On the control stand you have the emergency push button. The footswitch can be used for upand- down-movement of the beam, as required by the "EEC" machine Directives.
Electric cabinet
The components used for this unit have been carefully selected, the perfect performance of the machines depending on them. We have therefore used first class components, which guarantee the maximum operational safety. The key switch allows the selection of the single and automatic cycle. The electric installation is equipped with safety relays, which prevent from casual stroke repetition, as prescribed by “EEC” directives.
