The MODEL 06 automatic strapping machine is suitable for the horizontal strapping of palletized products . The strapping level is adjustable and straps can be applied to one or more pack layers according to the degree of pack stability required. The machine can be free-standing or easily installed into automated pallet handling system . Use of polypropylene and polyester heat seal strap for automatic machines according to the type of head mounted;.
Easy and secure strap tensioning. The set value is controlled by a loading cell that checks the effective tensioning and can be easily regulated from the board by means of a potentiometer.
Constant tensioning, irrespective of dimensions and type of pack;
precise welding temperature controlled by means of a thermocouple and digital heatregulator; seal joint efficiency of 90%;
transversal shift of the strapping head during the strap tensioning so as to ensure equal tightness on the corners of the product and consequent greater stability; multiple sectors of new design which improves the sliding of the strap inside the channel thereby increasing its potential performance; perfect strap positioning on the horizontal surface assured by the strap guide unit; extreme maintenance ease. The eventual extraction of the strapping head of the machine is facilitated by the rapid attachment features and the rapid connection electrical fittings.
