- Ensure absolute hermeticity (helium leakage less than 10-12 m3Pa/s).
- Allow shaft wobbling to 2 mm.
- Shaft circumferential velocity up to 1 m/s.
- Critical pressure drop 0.3 MPa.
- Temperature inside reactor 150°C.
- Operating Life up to 30.000 hrs.
The installation sizes are set with respect to client's equipment. The seal has a shape of cartridge filled with a ferrofluid FLF 750.030 manufactured on the base of organofluoric substance that is neutral to many kinds of chemical combinations, including acids, alkalis, solvents.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
- The seal is used for shafts of chemical reactors' mixers with top-mounted drives, continuous tank stirred mixers and agitation equipment.
