Saturated steam boiler with three flue passes.
VAPOPREX 3G is used for the dry saturated steam production, mono-bloc in steel, with threeeffective flue passes, wet end plate, and utilized for the combustion of liquidand gaseous fuels.
MAIN FEATURES
- Heat output from 1.500 to 14.000 Kw with a steam production from 2.150 to 20.000 Kg/h
- Desing pressure 12 - 15 bar, until 25 bar on special request
- Design, certification and checking in accordance to PED 97/23/EC standard
- System certification of boiler and accessories
- Tube plates completely beaded to avoid "T" weldings
- Furnace with hot-worked expansion joints, without top weldings, of large dimensions for low volumetric heating load and low polluting emission.
- Active exchange surfaces to guarantee a high efficiency
- High water content and large evaporating surface giving a high heating flywheel and very high steam title
- Very limited heating dispersions thanks to high density mineral wool insulation protected by a stainless steel (AISI 430) sheet.
- With comburent airpre-heater around 4% of efficiency recovery
- With economiser efficiency increase of 5%
- Easy cleaning and completely accessibility thanks to particular design solution and stairs and walkway of the standard supply
