Sabix R represents a new development in the field of sandblasting recovery systems, this series is suited for on the spot interventions of small-scale pressure sandblasting, without the help of large air compressors. Nowadays the need to intervene without a serious repercussion upon the Environment, is increasingly more important. The absence of dusts during treatment ensures the chance of safe intervention also within closed environments, without the need to resort to individual protective equipment for oneself or for third parties. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SUCH POWER WITH SO LITTLE AIR? Thanks to the innovative closing system of its tank, with Sabix R, it is possible to apply a working pressure of 04 bar with only 385 litres of air made available . L’unita’ di sabbiatura Sabix R è composta da un serbatoio di 08 lt con comando a distanza , gruppo pistola in fusione , ugello in carburo di tungsteno diametro 03 mm, valvola di miscelazione abrasivo, riduttore di pressione; la stessa struttura ospita il sistema aspirante, supplied with aspiration engine capable of 1200 w, polyester cartridge filter and stainless steel body for the collection of the abrasive in use. Sabix R is especially suited for use in civil engineering structures equipped with a 3 Kw / 220 volts, single phase domestic energy meter, as it allows sandblasting -,with the enclosed 3 mm. nozzle, at constant pressure ranging between 0,5 and 4 bar. The working range spans from 5 minutes to about quarter of an hour, therefore allowing the completion of the following surface treatments.
