Rotary indexing tables with planetary units are "the specialists" for multiple side machining in rotary cycle machines. There are as many designs as there are workpieces and their machining. Fibro, a specialist in rotary indexing tables, has available all the elements from its series production as well as the experience and equipment to meet even the most difficult requirements.

Carrier indexing table

The carrier indexing table as a base unit is a FIBROTAKT® with face gear. It provides the table with lasting dividing accuracy and excellent rigidity.

The indexing table can be of the lifting or non-lifting type. The "lifting" design (type 11.13...) is used for lower mass moments of inertia, i.e. smaller indexing tables. The indexing motion derives from a rack and pinion with hydraulic actuation.

The "non-lifting" design (Type 10.36...) serves for systems with high mass moments of inertia and short indexing times. The smooth housing contours and the underslung drive are especially advantageous. The indexing motion is provided by a servomotor with bevel gear via a pinion shaft and a large-diameter drive gearwheel.
