This product can carry out extremely fast and top quality operations when processing profiles with up to 60° mitered cuts. Available as a stand-alone saw, as a complete sawing line and as a combined solution with our drilling lines. PROFILE CLAMPING Hydraulic horizontal and vertical hold-down clamps to maximize stability of profiles when processing. SAW MITERING Thanks to the rotation of the saw, Katana is able to cut up to 60° mitered cuts in both directions. MAGNETIC DEVICE Small processed parts, small drops and trim cuts they are quickly and efficiently transferred to the outfeed conveyor or to the unloading table with the aid of a magnetic unloading system. SMALL PARTS HANDLING Small processed parts, trim cuts and drops are automatically and safely handled with this special unloading table. QUICK BLADE CHANGE This solution offers an easy way to quickly replace the saw blade as required. BLADE CLEANING A synchronized brush will automatically remove chips from the blade.
