Description
The CTCH high performance hot shearing systems are able to heat and cut the bars in one single operation. This enables going straight from bar stock to high quality and accurate slugs, ready to be hot forged at high production rates. This meets the requirements of the hot forging industry, which requires cost effective and highly advanced innovations.
PERFECT CUT
The softest steels are sheared without shear face laps. The hardest and highest alloy steels are sheared without shear cracks.
SHEARED LENGTH ADJUSTMENT
The sheared length of the piece can be immediately adjustmented to compensate the weight due to the forge die wear.
TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
Prior to shearing operation, the bar temperature is automatically adjusted.
