Fideris
Fideris™ Auxiliary IO module
The Fideris™ auxiliary I/O module operates as a stand alone instrument or seamelessly integrates with the other Fideris Innovator Series modules to create a turn-key, plug-and-play automation system. The customer may specify up to 50 input/output points selected among groups of analog I/O, digital I/O, pressure I/O and thermocouple/RTD input. The 4U high (7 inch) rackmount module fits in a standard 19 inch instrument rack and provides an Ethernet interface, worldwide power input, and easily removable connectors for all I/O points and can be field reconfigured or upgraded.
Analog input with measurement intervals as low as 10 ms , input ranges from +/- 20mV to +/- 100V. The unit provides for configuration and conversion of engineering units, basic math functions as well as relational, logical, and conditional operations. Alarms can be set for upper limit, lower limit, upper differential limit, and lower differential limit.
The Fideris I/O module is but one of several data acquisition and control modules, all of which integrate seamlessly with over a hundred other physical process control modules in the Fideris product line. Available as stand-alone units or complete turn-key systems, Fideris brand equipment covers nearly all aspects control and monitoring for test systems, reactors, laboratory automation, sensor testing, environmental chamber atmosphere control, quality control, and many other applications.
