Fideris
The Fideris™ Bubble Humidifiers are dewpoint based humidification modules for the saturation of a process gas or reactant gas to a target dewpoint. These contact type humidifiers are fabricated from materials suitable for use in demineralized water, such as 316 stainless and Inconel. Operation temperatures up to 120°C and 5 bar are standard with higher pressures and temperatures available. Features include automatic reservoir refill, computer interface, and temperature control of heated gas lines to prevent condensation between the humidifier and the process. Safety is paramount with Fideris equipment so the bubble humidifier includes over-temerature limit controllers on heaters, overpressure cutouts, and overpressure rupture disks.
