Fideris
The Fideris™ fluid pressurization module is designed to pressurize and delivery demineralized water, fuels, or other fluids to liquid delivery modules such as those in our mass flow controller liquid delivery product line. Standard units include a liquid reservoir and line-voltage diaphragm pump and pressurized accumulator to prevent short cycling of the pressurization pump. Units are also available with pneumatically driven, double diaphragm pump for high-purity or intrinsically safe applications. Options include liquid degasser sub-system to remove entrained gas, Ethernet interface for system monitoring and control, and low voltage operation. Additional options include internal reservoir and automatic refill for use with pressurized supply systems and a fluid cooling heat exchanger for liquid recovery and re-pressurization. External resin beds, UV systems, and resistivity/conductivity monitors are available for deionized water polishing, maintenance, and monitoring when operating in recirculation mode.
