Fideris
The Fideris™ 1-of-N input selector modules allows the use of multiple gases with fewer mass flow controllers or for sample selection. The 1-of-N selector provides computer controlled selection from one of up to eight input gases to be directed to a downstream mass flow controller or other process. Each input channel includes a bubble tight solenoid or pneumatic valve as well as backflow prevention device. Optional features include front panel pressure gages, pressure switches with front panel LED indicators, and full computer monitoring of input pressures or pressure thresholds. Units are also available as 2-of-N which provides for the selection of two input gases for dual output ports.
Units are available in brass, 316 stainless, and Teflon or 316 VAR for UHP applications. An ethernet interface is standard and provides full computer control of the gas selection as well as optional monitoring of gas pressures through transducers or pressure switches. Tubing sizes from 1/16" through 1" are available as well as metric sizes. Modules are 1U-3U high and mount in standard 19" equipment racks.
