E series are single stage liquid ring vacuum pumps capable to handle large inlet capacity. They can be used either as a vacuum pump or as a compressor. Due to the considerable size of the various models, the operating speed is very low; typically are V-belt or gear box driven. Depending on the plant configuration, the pump discharge can be chosen either vertical (from the top) or horizontal (from the side). The basic version comes with gland packing shaft sealing but single or double mechanical seals can be provided on request. The standard construction is cast iron but, due to the wide range of applications, they are also available completely in stainless steel execution. FindeR E series are widely used in the process industry (chemical and petrochemical), mining, sugar industry, power generation, paper industry for any gas and vapour extraction. ATEX version available on request. The flexibility of the liquid ring technology opens the door to the definition of continuos new applications. "
