EXNER TG160 is a servo operated grinding machine for sharpening of all punching tools.
Servo controlled wet grinding process retains the tool temper and prolongs its life. The tools are cleaned with air blow after grinding.
The tool surface is automatically detected; the grinding starts at correct height, only the depth needs to be specified.
Also A/B size long body tools can be ground, under the rotation base there is a free space for the tool end.
To reach the best grinding quality, different grinding speeds can be selected according to tool size.
Safe operation and easy maintenance
An automatic safety window keeps the grinding process also clean. Metal dust is magnetically collected from the cooling liquid. A fast grind process and visual follow-up make the operation convenient.
With the integrated drawer all necessary tools and accessories are always at hand.
Options
Fitting with 2 degree angle, which is the optimum value to reduce punching noise and vibration. Fixed angle eliminates operator mistakes.
Two different fittings for universal or old style Thick Turret tools.
