Digital interferometer software for process optimisation in the production of diamond lathed contact lenses, IOLs and injection moulds. µShape%u2122 allows you to make visual assessments of surface features as well as to perform a complex analysis of your test sample. One measurement cycle yields 3D topography, radius measurements, Peak to Valley (PV) form errors as well as a calculation of the lateral tool offset, the precise correction of which is regarded as a must for advanced multi-axis lathes.
µShape%u2122 Ophthalmic has been optimised for use with the µPhase® OT Digital Compact Interferometer.
