The Saxon SB 1000 Medical Band Sealer features 3 heater blocks which are accurately controlled by 3 PIDs with digital readouts. The heaters have a validatable pressure controlled by pneumatics.
Bag feeding will not be possible until the required temperature and correct pressure to the cylinders are reached, therefore ensuring a seal that is produced within the pre-defined values.
A VFD speed controller with a potentiometer is locked away from operator to avoid undesirable changes.
