Process:
The bag moves in front of a sensor opening the guides. The bag is stopped by the bag stop installed on the conveyor. The fingers move down to stretch the bag's top. The bag is afterwards guided into the infeed of the closing system.

Manual height adjustable column: range of 450mm (from 1000mm to 1450mm)
Two independent adjustable bag guides (two parts)
Stretching fingers adjustable in height
Different possible bag widths without adjustment of stretching fingers
Minimum width of filled bag: 150mm
Maximum width of filled bag: 650mm
Depth penetration of stretching fingers: +/- 150 to 180mm
Adjustable bag stop following the width of the conveyor
Pneumatic jacks with quick release air valve (for safety)
Start stop and reshaping process completely controlled by PLC
Capacity up to 700 bags/hour
