Tank float level sensor
NR56
Fischer Mess- und Regeltechnik
The tank level sensor NR56 is designed especially for fire engines. It serves as reliable level measurement in foam tanks.
Construction and Operation
The tank level sensor NR56 consists of a foam sensor with a probe rod of 250 up to 1400 mm length on which a floating magnet moves freely, a probe head with screw in thread for probe mounting, an integrated measurement amplifier and cable junction. Stainless steel and plastics are used as materials in contact with liquid. The output signal proportional to filling height gets transformed by the measuring amplifier to a standard electrical signal. There it can be read out directly to LED tank display EA01 / EA14F or another evaluation system. A supply of 24 V is needed.
