Fives Solios offer a wide range of launder options to suit customer needs, from simple transfer launders to fully integrated launder systems inclusive of level controls, temperature probes, launder pre-heating heating, degassers, rod grain feeders, ceramic foam filters, control gates, drainage points, access platforms and cross over stairs etc.

Our offers are inclusive of:
Designs and calculations (heat loss, cold face temperatures, freeze plane)
Adjustable support legs including foundation bolts
Launder trough steelwork including flanges and fixings
Back up insulation and gaskets
Pre-cast or pre-formed launder refractories
All relevant accessories to be integrated within the launder system and
Site installation & commissioning
For ease of installation launders systems are trial assembled, prior to delivery
