The conveyor's surge hopper is customized for an extremely tight link to the outlet of upstream machinery. It comprises of an air-exiting vent with cartridge filter that is enhanced with a reverse pulse cleansing system that displaces persistent dust with short blasts of pressurized air, returning the dust to the hopper on a timed cycle while preserving the operating productivity. Material flows from the hopper into an adapter that charges the conveyor. The adjustable screw is used on at the exit end and does not need any bearings or seals enclosed in the product area. As the screw spins in the material, it centers within the tube and offers adequate clearance between the screw and tube wall to remove grinding. The conveyor transits mass ingredients ranging from sub-micron powders to large pellets, while the subtle rolling of material being transferred avoids the separation of blends.
