The Sanitary Bag Dump Weigh Batch Station is made of stainless steel with integral mechanical conveyor and is used for collecting the dust from dumping of materials. It comes into use during manual dumping of bulk materials like from boxes, bags, other containers, drums and then the discharge of bulk materials are carried out of by weight. It has a high velocity vacuum fan that draws airborne dust from the operator's atmosphere onto cartridge filters. Automatic reverse-pulse filter cleaning maintains efficient and continuous operation on alternating cycles, which builds up dust on the outer filter surfaces and into the hopper it falls. filters are accessed by interior baffle removal, and replaced by quick- disconnect fittings. The hopper discharges into an integral flexible screw conveyor that is supported by a boom that cantilevers from the frame, the weight is supported in four load cells. This allows loss-of-weight batching. When a batch weight is selected and a cycle is initiated, a controller runs the flexible screw conveyor, at high feed rate and then a dribble feed rate. The stopping material flows once the accurate batch weight is discharged. The flow of material into the intake adapter can be improved by a mechanical hopper agitator, which handles both free and non-free materials that pack, cake or smear.
