Merge units are used to merge products from two conveyor tracks onto a single line.
Packet horizontal merge unit
This unit is mechanical in design and self regulating; no external electrical or pneumatic controls are required. The result is a unit that ensures packets are merged into one flow without jamming or product damage, at speeds of over 400 packs per minute.
Police unit
The police unit is used to merge products from two parallel conveyor lanes into one. The police unit is a purely mechanical device, and fits almost any conveyor. It can be mounted below or above the conveyor.
