FlexLink

FlexLink offers a complete product handling capability throughout the production process, including the requirement to palletize the products. Robotic palletizing has replaced many of the layer palletizing systems in recent years. The flexibility of the systems and the ability to reprogram for changes of product, or re-installation in other applications within a factory, ensures a longterm yield on the investment.

FlexLink works with the major robotic suppliers such as ABB and Fanuc to ensure that we supply the best supported robots and software in the market. The robots can generally handle up to 50 kg individual product loads.

The industries served include FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), automotive electronics and healthcare segments with diverse applications, from boxes to plastic tubes. Individual grippers may be designed for specific applications if the standard range are not suitable. Full service is available from initial analysis of the application up to full installation and commissioning.
