Decanter Flottweg

Horizontal DECANTER centrifuge for continuous separation of solids from liquids such as thickening and dewatering sludge, suspensions with granular solids, clarification of liquids, classification of fine pigments, etc. Flottweg provides a broad range of DECANTER sizes, from pilot scale or small production up to industrial scale with capacities of 200 m³/h.

Typical DECANTER applications:
dewatering and thickening of sludge form municipal and industrial waste water, production of plastics (PVC, HDPE, etc.), recovering of animal and vegetal basic products (oils/fats, starch, proteins) beverages (wine, beer, fruit/vegetable juices)
