This non-enclosed pump is part of the Flowrox Metering Pump range (LPP-M) but is specially designed to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The pump is able to deliver accurate metering throughout the whole adjustment range, the maximum flow being 126 l/h.
The pump has a patented tube failure detection system, which is designed to stop the pump and provide a contact closure ouput (1 amp), 10 amp relay or both if pump tube is ruptured and chemical enters the pump head.
Non-enclosed LPP-M is equipped with features such as the dry run capability, exact flow irrespective of the pipeline pressure and as it has no valves, there is no risk of clogging. The pump is available with remote start/stop feature, flow verification system (FVS) and variable speed motor.
The maximum working pressure of the pump is 8,6 bar, maximum viscosity 5000 centipoise and maximum fluid temperature 54°C.
