The rigid structure of this conveyor is suitable for relatively long roller carpets and when a significant load capacity is required. It does not need a further support structure as the aluminum profile is already bearing of his own, thanks to the robustness of the structure. Its conformation is ideal for easy fitting, with the option of inserting multiple roller conveyor sections, both modular or load bearing, along side one another. It gives the possibility, after perforation of the end sections, to apply attachments or quick connectors for inserting water or air if necessary. This R.C. is available with different versions: - with different types of heads; - with different types of roller: orange (TPU with brass pin), yellow (in PA with brass pin), blue (totally in PA). Furthermore, the rollers yellow and blue can also be provided in the flanged version to prevent spillage of the neck from the roller conveyor. The TPU roller protects the transported product from scratches or damage. - with different lengths: from a minimum of 250mm to a maximum of 3 meters. To complete the range, a number of accessories that facilitate and supplement their use are available: brackets and mounting brackets, joints that allow the free movement in the vertical direction, etc ... Permissible data flow are also available.
