Automatic band saw machine for cutting at 0°. Head structure in steel heavy carpentry. Device for fast blade approach to the material to be cut. Head drop on square column and double linear guides. Hydraulic blade tensioning. Blade length 4900x41x1,3 mm. Broken blade micro and blade rotation tester. Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for approach setting in frontal position with double adjustment to optimize the cut. Motorized blade cleaning brush driven by motor gearbox.
Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. VHZ electronical blade speed regulation for a wide range of blade speed selection. Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease.
Material clamping vice with hydraulic positioning and locking cylinder. Piece clamping from both blade sides. Cutting vice plate and carriage vice equipped with replaceable hardened plugs to protect the material supporting surface. Ergonomic working table and control panel.
Roller table placed on the basement for material support on loading side and independent from the feeding sliding vice system. Carriage vice for material feeding equipped with hydraulic cylinder and self-centric device for not straight bars. Sliding on chromate columns , feeding stroke of 420mm. 180mm cutting final scrap. Measuring system with positioning draught through a trapezoidal screw and a double micro system for the carriage vice slowing-down and stopping.
