Blade cleaning brush driven by motor gearbox. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing.
VHZ electronical blade speed regulation for a wide range of blade speed selection and reduction gear box with rectified, hardened bonded steel gears lubricated with long lasting grease.
Material locking vice with hydraulic cylinder and closing from both blade sides. Very resistant and replaceable vice hardened surface. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Loading side: Roller table on the basement with free rollers for material support, table support of 1200mm. Heavy duty basement. Sheet metal construction in different thickness, chips holding system and integrated cooling tank. Hydraulic cooling pump for both blade guides. Chain chips pan with independent motorization. Hydraulic unit for head cylinder movement, vice cylinder.
Electrical cabinet with 24VAC, main switch, safety unit and electric drives. Digital display to regulate the blade rotation speed. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit current. Protection level IP 55.
