Extremely compact linear direct drive module. Components, optimally tuned to each other along with high integration density implemented in the construction of the module, guarantee for high efficiency and easy operator handling.
Drive:
Ironless, electronically commutated 3-phase linear
d. c. motor with permanent magnetic secondary component. Liquid cooling can be connected to the primary component to allow for high force operation performances.
Measuring system:
Incremental measuring system with optic scanning.
Slide:
Exact linear profile slides with recirculation linear ball bearings guarantee for exact operation cycles, torsion resistance and resistance to working stress.
Mounting and attachment options:
Standard dimension bore frames in the sliding component as well as T-grooves in the carrier profile allow high flexibility when attaching the linear drive handling modules to other devices.
Range of application:
Handling and positioning tasks requiring highly dynamic performances, high operating speeds and positioning exactness.
