The TMS-Console from Food Technology Corporation is an affordable texture analyzer, suitable for quick and easy food texture assessments direct from the production line. Providing instant verification of consistent quality, the system saves time, money and resource.

The TMS-Console hands control over to the user, enabling up to 30 test programs to be created and stored to suit test requirements. Its simple operation means operators need only select the relevant test from a menu screen and press 'start', which is incredibly useful for routine testing.

The user-friendly console interface displays test results with pass/fail indicators and provides the choice to perform texture measurements, which; run to load, deformation, time or break detection, effectively replicating the tests that could normally only be undertaken within a laboratory environment.

This texture analyzer enables a range of textural attributes to be measured, displaying results including; average loads, minimum load adhesive force, rupture force, fracture and break force, bloom strength, stress relaxation and many more.
