Lubricant for metal working
FDKSO, FDKSO-F, FDKSO-FSP, FTOIL, FTGRA Formdrill

Both for Formdrill as form taping the proper lubricant is suggested. This will result in significantly better tool life and insures a high quality inner surface of your material or bushing.

FDKSO
This lubricant is applied manually in Formdrill applications.
This lubricant may be used for all Formdrill applications.

FDKSO-F
This lubricant is used in automatic spraying equipment for Formdrill applications.
We advise the usage of this lubricant for Formdrill applications upto M8 in 3mm. steel.

FDKSO-FSP
This lubricant is used in our special lubrication unit PSD250 for Formdrill applications
We advise the usage of this lubricant for Formdrill applications upto 20 mm. in 4mm. steel.

FTOIL
This lubricant is used for Formtapping applications.
Can be applied manually or by a automatic spraying system. (HSC250-unit)
We advise the usage of this lubricant for applications upto M12 in steel.

FTGRA
This lubricant is used for heavy Formtapping applications.
Can be applied manually or by our special lubrication unit HVP250
We advise the usage of this lubricant in applications upto M20 in steel and stainless steel.
