M8990 the new universal absolute pressure decay leak tester of ForTest® M series.We optimized the pneumatic circuit so as to remove the additional test volume andwe installed a microprocessor mother board and a management software to make reliable and fast tests.It has display 128x64 pixels,blue back-illumination, 8 control buttons, mother board with new hardware, no break-through Plexiglass front panel,frontal pressure regulator. The case is elegant,compact,resistant,the anodized aluminium integrates pneumatics elements and expansion electric connectors.There are two versions:standard electro valves,micro electro valves, which allow to reduce test times. Flash technology with fast elaboration times allows to have a graphic display with Cartesian coordinate plane,with auto scale of the leak test. The equipment is available with test pressure from -1 to 50 Bar. It has got a 24 Vdc Aux connector for expansion signals, USB port, RS232 optoisolated port and a optoisolated port for industrial multi test stations networks. External accessories: printers, Staubli fittings for the connection to the front panel of M0710,kits network sorting for the realization of complex PC networks, mechanical precise regulators.On request: USB flash drive to record the tests, radio remote control,Bluetooth, Ethernet and Internet direct connections. M8990 shows measurement accuracy of 0.1 Pa which allows make tests at the highest quickness and reliability possible in air leak test field. It has got:interface,multi language menu, bar graph indicator, RGB led to show good or bad result.
