Continuous mass flow test M97 of ForTest® M series.
Thanks to the optimisation of the pneumatic circuit, the additional test volume has been removed tests are even faster than before,thanks to mass flow sensor,a pressure sensor and to electronic pressure regulator that guarantees stable and precise pressure tests. It is the classical flow test for filters, orifices, diameter pipe.Flash technology with ultra fast elaboration times allows to have a graphic display with Cartesian coordinate plane and with auto scale of the leak test.It is available with test pressure from -1 to 6 Bar and flow scale from 10 to 200 nlt/min.It has got a 24 Vdc Aux connector for expansion signals,USB, RS232 optoisolated port and optoisolated port for industrial multitest stations networks. External accessories:printers, Staubli fittings for the connection to the panel of calibrated leaks,kits network sorting for the realization of complex PC networks, mechanical precise regulators.If requested:USB flash drive to record the tests, radio remote control to manage the tests, Bluetooth, Ethernet and Internet direct connections.Basic version is composed by an electronic pressure regulator: in this configuration a wide range of software strategies allows an excellent setting at “states” of pressure/charge loss relation depending from different flow scales to be measured.It also has got:user interface, multilanguage menu, bargraph indicator which shows test pressure and the detected decay, RGB led to show good or bad result.
