Continuous Leak Test GAS sector M8970 of ForTest® M series.Ideal for testing kitchen hobs,particulars of gas sector,it works in two modes:"Continuous flow"and"Single test",for two kinds of uses."Continuous flow"ideal for analysis and repairs during leak test,in fact the filling phase occurs automatically,allowing the operator to measure continuously and automatically the piece under test during repairs and adjustments.In "Single test" mode the instrument works in a traditional way, detecting leaks and ending test with result.Flash technology with ultra fast elaboration times allows to have a graphic display with Cartesian coordinate plane and with auto scale of the leak test. This equipment is available with test pressure from 0,2 to 1 Bar.It has got a 24 Vdc Aux connector for expansion signals,USB port,RS232 optoisolated port,optoisolated port for industrial multi test stations networks.External accessories:printers,Staubli fittings for the connection to calibrated leak,kits network sorting for the realization of complex PC networks, mechanical precise regulators.On request:a USB flash drive to record the tests, radio remote control to manage the tests, Bluetooth,Ethernet and Internet direct connections.Thanks to its renewed hardware it shows a measurement accuracy of 0,01 Pa which allows to make tests at the highest quickness and reliability possible.The equipment also has got: a user interface,multi language menu,bargraph,RGB led to show good or bad result.Standard equipment:mechanical pressure regulator.On demand:high precision electronic pressure regulator.
