Foundrax were the first company in the world to produce a fully automatic authentic Brinell hardness tester and have more experience in this field than any other manufacturer.

In all BRIN200 series Brinell hardness testers the test forces are applied using the traditional lever and weight method. The operator interface is via industrial membrane keyboard sealed to IP65 or via optional touch screen. The Brinell hardness is measured optically automatically in the authentic way and the test result is displayed on the monitor, test results are saved to disc as they are displayed and may be printed out at the end of the batch together with some statistics if required. The system is fully networkable allowing for complete operator independence in setting up the test parameters, performing the complete test, and recording the test results.

All Foundrax equipment is designed to fully withstand harsh shop floor industrial environments such as those found in steelworks, foundries, and forges.
