Curing oven and tunnel France TraitementThere are two common ways of drying paint:
An accelerated drying process at a temperature of between 60°C and 100°C, thereby enabling handling of the painted parts. Polymerization, i.e. firing, which has the advantage of hardening the paint. Polymerization can be carried out either in convection ovens or in radiant ovens, depending on the parts. Convection ovens can be of the "cupboard" type or, like the radiant oven, of the "tunnel" type. The energy used must be a gas-based fuel or electric radiants in the case of the radiation oven. Any other fuel can be used in convection ovens. In the case of a gas-based fuel, GANDELIN INDUSTRIE® has specialist know-how regarding the implementation of full-combustion burners in convection ovens. They combine 100% heat output with an excellent temperature curve. |
