The AVA inspection instrument for external gearing consists of a C-shaped or ring-shaped retainer, two measuring ball inserts and a dial indicator (measuring force = 2N).
* easier finding of the tooth position with measuring force lift-off,
* easier finding of the reversal point with the ball track between dial indicator and measuring ball insert,
* quick and easy adjustment and clamping of the lower measuring ball insert,
* two heat insulation plates prevent corruption of the measuring results through body heat.
