The GL11is a semi-automatic packaging machine for vacuuming and sealing pre-made bags.
Bags are placed into a rotating vacuum chamber by the operator. The chamber is on a four position carousel. When loaded the carousel indexes the chamber under the vacuum head where it is vacuumed, back gas flushed and the bags are sealed. The chamber is then indexed to the discharge position where and pick & place arm removes the bags from the vacuum chamber and places them on the discharge conveyor.
