ARNOLD IZ2 hydraulic clamping
The high ressure vice ARNOLD IZ1 is a vice that can be automized and needs to be connected to a hydraulic group with a pressure of 300 bar. It is a vice of reduced size but large clampling range. This model has been developed for fast clamping systems.
Particular characteristics:

Jaw Width 100 mm.
Material: Steel
Highly accurate: Repeatability is within 0,01mm.
All critical components are hardened and ground.
Double acting hydraulic cylinder.
Easiest maintenance.
The clamping force is proportional to the applied hydraulic pressure. A pressure of 250 bar does generate a clamping force of 1.9 tons.
Ideal for vertical and horizontal machining centers, tombstones, etc.
Longitudinal and transverse key slots 20H7.
Automatic clamping travel of 15mm.
Posibility to order several vices assembled in one base plate.
Posibility to adapt special jaws to the workpieces.
Vices individually numbered and registered.
