Gloor tools are available with logarithmic relief angle or non-logarithmic grinding. They are manufactured to fulfill our customers’ requirements. The variety of shapes you can have cut is unlimited. Thanks to our patented manufacturing process, we can manufacture tools with the smallest possible gear-tooth gaps. Our tools are available with full or partial profiles for burr-free products. Radius cutters are normally straight fluted but onrequest we can also provide helically fluted cutters using logarithmic relief grinding. The width is ground hollow but it is also possible to produce cutters with lateral teeth. Fine-toothed versions are also available on request. We can produce convex radius cutters in the following dimensions : Outside Ø = 6 to 150 mm Width max. = 80 mm Number of teeth = 1 to 200 (depends on ext. Ø and profile depth)
