Automated production processes and especially fully integrated storage and sawing systems are fundamental requirements for competitive business. Use of the REMMERT sawing cell permits considerably shorter turnaround times in production, as well as reduced materials handling and manless operation.

Four efficient system components work hand-in-hand in the sawing cell: a compact cassette storage system, the innovative Pick System, the flexible manufacturing software PRO FMS and efficient sawing technology. The sawing cell forms a complete production cell in which all elements interact in perfect harmony. It goes without saying that manually operated machines and machining cells can also be integrated into the system without difficulty, in addition to the CNC machining centres.
