The Microgel® RCP units are compact water cooled chiller with high capacity, thanks to their characteristic to supply high pressure and flow rate to the process, are particularly indicated to be utilized in PET performs injection sector. The Microgel® RCP is controlled by a microprocessor and fitted with a proportional control regulation valve (patented by FRIGEL) on the re-circulation circuit, which allows the set temperature to be kept precise and constant.
The Microgel® RCP is conceived for the control of process water of single user, as an alternative to traditional centralized cooling systems for multiple users. Compared to centralized systems allows:
